Job Details: Permanent full-time role – Monday to Friday day work Annual salary: $144,267 super Immediate start available Relocation assistance up to $3,000 Accommodation available Predominantly clinical leadership role (80%) with operational collaboration (20%) Work across a connected precinct model of residential aged care homes Salary packaging up to $18,550 per FBT year Ongoing professional development opportunities, including access to scholarship program (up to $20,000), individual mentoring with Proteus Leadership, plus local and interstate conferences You will be working for a leading not-for-profit aged care provider supporting more than 2,000 Tasmanians across residential aged care, independent living and home care services. With over 40 years of experience, they are deeply committed to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care and fostering strong, supportive workplace cultures. As the Clinical Operations Manager, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership, mentor and coach nursing and care teams, oversee complex care planning, and drive continuous quality improvement across residential aged care services. Working closely with the Regional Clinical Services Manager and Regional Operations Services Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring strong clinical governance, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
