With over 40 years of experience, they are deeply committed to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care and fostering strong, supportive workplace cultures. As the Clinical Operations Manager, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership, mentor and coach nursing and care teams, oversee complex care planning, and drive continuous quality improvement across residential aged care services. Working closely with the Regional Clinical Services Manager and Regional Operations Services Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring strong clinical governance, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
